Positives:
Pretty hotel, rooms were nice and clean
Negatives:
House keeping did not come in and restock supplies, empty trash on second day, broken ironing board, toliet hardly flushed.

The front desk receptionist would not say my room number out loud to maintain my safety as a female traveling alone. She opened my card holder and pointed. I really appreciated that, especially in mthis day and age.

Open lobby creates massive echo so i woke up very early to the clinking of cutlery on plates and customer conversations (they were in the lobby and i was on the 7th floor)! Windows only had sheer cover and nothing to keep out light or maintain privacy

The drapes couldn?t block the sunlight from coming in, which made sleeping during the day, a little difficult.

The location is fantastic if you are visiting someone on campus, or attending a campus event. Great location for visiting downtown as well. The common spaces/atrium/lobby are well maintained and lovely. Great for groups. The beds were very comfortable!

The bedrooms were a disappointment. While the common spaces have been well maintained the rooms are very dated, didn't come with the standard features I expected. Very stuffy, poor ventilation. Just needs an updating. Breakfast not included, but should be

A great value, hotel was just as described.
Negatives:
Rooms are slightly old and needing redone. However, they are still able to meet expectations.

Location, clean, quiet and we loved the glass elevator

We checked in at 4 and had to wait till 5 because our room was not ready. It was super hard trying to contain a 3 year old in a lobby for an hour. We came in from out of town.

Our bathroom shower drain was clogged, so you basically took a shower and bath at the same time. When I mentioned it to the front desk,they just said ok, no apology.

Positives:
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pillows were amazing and I had a great night sleep.
Negatives:
I got to the hotel a few minutes early and they wouldnt let me check in, I was forced to wait the 10 minutes until check in time, and there were a lot of things that were now ala carte that used to be included like the breakfast.
