We were moved to 3 different rooms and never did get a room with a working TV
Breakfast was very scarce and not kept filled so people looked and left the hotel for food
TV in lobby was broken which was also their breakfast room. Very disappointing!

The only guy working in the entire hotel did try really hard to make it a better experience for us, we settled for the third offered room since we couldn?t get our $ back to go elsewhere.

It was disgusting, I would not want to be associated with it if I were you!! I wanted to leave but could not get my money back to pay for another hotel!!

They let my boyfriend park his motorcycle under the carport.The gambling machines are a plus too.

We ended up extending our stay and everything we left in the room was taken and never returned. It clearly states on a sign at the front desk that housekeeping will not be coming around.The room wasn't even cleaned,but our stuff was gone.

General maintenance and cleanliness very poor. Flooring very old. Broke tile in elevator and in our room bathroom. Water stains on ceiling. Only one ice machine worked in the building. Pool and pool area was very dirty. Our room had old furniture.

Price? But for the state of the room, the price was still pretty high.

Room was not clean - Holes in the walls and curtains, dingy towels and bedding, the tv didn't work, I had to take an ice cold shower due to no hot water.

The location was very close to the convention center, there were many places to eat and buy groceries around the hotel, and the price was low budget.

The hotel is grungy, the rooms are really dirty. There were lots of things broken in the room including the towel shelf hanging on for dear life and a hole in the ceiling above the shower. There was visible mold in the bathroom. The carpet was so dirty!

How they charged me without me even staying let alone checking in by any means so... Yeah, that's pretty swell!!

Sink was very slow to drain. Could not get hot water from Sink. Defective faucet. Had to turn heat on and off manually, it didn't cycle properly. The bathtub was patched with black tape. This room should NOT have been rented.

Not very clean, hair in shower, trash in hallway was never picked up our entire stay, remote to tv did not work (could not change channels), only given one wash cloth for two people and it was badly stained, bed linens very thin and old, shower bad.
