Very helpful front desk staff who single handedly tried to help solve our reservation problems on their 1st day working the front desk alone.
Negatives:
The non-smoking room number 300 was badly smelling like someone smoked in there. The door entry cards kept getting declined after a single use and we couldn't get into the rooms. The hallway and room carpets smelled old. The ACs in the rooms were kept on the" heat" setting at 70F temperature during a hot evening in the summer. One of the bathrooms was not easily accessible because the door was stuck shut due to moisture. The pull out sofa in room 310 had a massive hole in the mattress and yellow stains all over.

They overbooked, was made the reservation a month in advance but they did accommodate us, housecleaning staff cleaned my son’s room but the housekeeper took my son’s phone charger, they never contacted me about it, we had to go out and purchased another one, we took care of the problem not the manager

Location to our destination. Building was clean in and out. Evening staff was very helpful and she went out of her way to help me out with an issue.

No ice and the the amount of people hanging in the parking lot that I think lived at the hotel Was given a handicap room so the kitchen and things were shorter. And the shower was made for wheelchair so it was hard to move thing. They had no other rooms available. There was shot gun shells in the back parking lot , which was a little concerning. Also there was no breakfast.
