Americas Best Value Inn Sullivan

Negatives: I have always enjoyed Americas Best hotels.

Negatives: Nada

Negatives: For the price, I thought everything was great.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Floor was wet. Tub was dirty. Super short shower head.

Negatives: The bathroom was gross. We didn't take a shower because the tub was disgusting. This is a very old motel and you can tell.

Negatives: The carpets could’ve been cleaner my feet were literally black after walking, barefoot on the carpet for less than an hour and I mean, black, and I also saw roach running around in the mini fridge

Negatives: Dirty floors

Negatives: Sticky floors, chipped and painted tubs, 90 degrees when we entered room and when we turned ac on it was so loud we couldn't hear each other hardly, remote for TV was literally broken, out of a 2 type dispenser for cereal only 1 side had stale fruit rings, stale bread, no fruit of any kind for the "BREAKFAST INCLUDED PRICE". So, we asked for a later check out since we didn't get there until 11:30 pm, reluctantly the guy behind the counter told us he would give us until 11:30 am. I thanked him but when morning comes it was a different situation with the older man. He was so rude, asking firmly that I was checking out today so I assured him we were. About an hour later, I was unable to locate the ice and vending machine area so I went into the office and asked the older man where the ice is located and he just snapped his fingers at me to give him the cup I was holding. When he returned with the cup he wouldn't give it back until I explained to him that we arrived real late last night and that the night clerk told us we could have until 11:30. The older man disagreed with me and just about threatened me that we don't have permission (our request was even in our reservation) and 'YOU CHECK OUT" was the older man's response and it wasn't even 10:30 am yet. I didn't want any confrontation with him so I just agreed and went back to our less than adequate room where after piling our dirty linens in a corner by the front door and taking all our garbage out after wiping all the counter space off there was a knock at the door!! It was an older woman with a younger child reassuringly asking my spouse that we were checking out now? I had already given the room key to the older man at our second verbal accounting so all we did was get in our car and leave......it was only 11:10am!!! The price was only $2.

Negatives: dirty. floors weren’t swept. sheets were changed. tub was not cleaned. we should a T shirt shoved on the bottom of night stand . obviously the place wasn’t looked over for cleanliness and had an awful oder.

Negatives: Stains on the linnen Room Smelled heavily of perfume

Negatives: The room was very humid when we entered. The bathroom could use some old and the tub definitely needs to be replaced as the finish is coming off. The base tile has not been cleaned in a while either.
