The staff did their best to understand our needs and moved us to a lower floor without hesitation. The A/C worked very well and helped remove the musty smell in the room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
Negatives:
First things first, I suggest the "Wyndham" brand should be removed from this property. Why? Because there is no way the minimum of "Wyndham" standatrs are met and/or achieved by this property, This property met our minimum standards but we will not return to this property.

We booked 2 king suite with a hideaway sofa. When we checked into the room, we were given 1 king suite (the sofa which did not have bedding, just a plain mattresss and a single queen bed. When asked he said it was system error. This was at 11:30pm

Building was extremely hot and the bathroom was filthy. Had to spend a ton of money on activities to keep us away from the room as long as possible.

Pool was horrible. The parking was so full there was nowhere to park. Washer And dryer broken. No shampoo or body wash in the room. Major cleaning supplies smell that was super overpowering. Burnt my kids eyes and boyfriends. Breakfast choices limited
