Air didn't work in room. Was displaced with kiddos for over 2 hours waiting for another room. 2 other customers also had complaints 1 ended up not staying at all after 2 room moves.

the website did not say there would be construction all night long. we stayed for medical appointments and so being up half the night from the noise wasn't helpful. the breakfast was lacking. I did like the location and the ducks were nice. the pool was also nice and clean but very heavily chlorinated will probably stay elsewhere next time.

construction attitudes of the front desk ladies both were very rude. also seemed to habe quite a few junkies around.

The cleanliness of the rooms was poor. Guess we’re complaining blood on the towels fresh hanging up staff didn’t know what to do for gas TV didn’t work. Nobody came to fix. It asked for a discount. Nobody has contacted me.

Everything! Where should I start? The security bar on the door was loose, almost to the point of falling off. the closet area was boarded off so there was no place to hang my jacket. The grout along the the floor by the bathtub was filthy. the finishing around the mirror in the bathroom was peeling and the whole place looked cheap. The toilet seat looked painted and was peeling; the bathroom sink did not drain. The remote for the tv did not allow me to input a channel number. There was a card with "available tv channels" but of the 60 or 80 listed there were only 17 available to me - 4 were in Spanish, 3 were sports, 3 were news, 1 was local, and the rest had nothing to watch! When I asked guy at the counter about the TV he told me he was too busy and that he would get back to me. After 60 minutes I called him and he said he would get right back to me. He returned my call and told me there was nothing wrong with the TV or the remote and when I asked him to come and show me how to select the channels, he put the phone down, and did not speak - I could hear the voices from the other people coming and going in and out of the reception desk. The "comfy" chair in the corner was stained and appeared to have either been urinated on or something was spilled and just allowed to dry. The blanket was so thin there was no warmth what so ever. For a charge of $158 for the one night, I was severely ripped off. This room was not worth a third of what I paid - there is no excuse to raise your prices just because it is a holiday weekend. For a Wyndham property this place not only fell short, it was so far off the chart it was invisible. Will never stay in this property ever again and will scrutinize all Wyndham properties with a micro lens.
