Positives:
staff were friendly and bedding was clean
Negatives:
Bathtub must have had a nonslip decal at one time and it wasn't removed properly. Tub looked very dirty!!!! Whole building smelled like pot. Very strong smell in front lobby. I believe the staff were smoking it in reception area.

Positives:
Price fit my budget for a lengthy stay. Hotel staff is friendly, professional and personable. Our room was a pet room, which concerned me because I am allergic to cats and dogs. But the room was very clean with no noticeable evidence of pet hair.
Negatives:
The room could use some maintenance to replace a broken, but functional shower faucet; the bathroom door appeared to have had an animal locked inside because the door frame is badly mutilated and unsightly; and the hairdryer didn't work.

Superb
Positives:
The location and price was the only good thing
Negatives:
The first room we got the tv wouldn’t work nor did any of the lights. We went down to the desk and they said someone would come up. I went back down to the front desk 20 minutes later to wait for 15 before someone even showed up to be moved to a different room where at least the tv worked but there was blood splatter on the wall and on the sheets. If every other hotel in town wasn’t booked or 3x the price we would have not stayed at this hotel.
