Part of property/parking lot was closed off. I'm disabled and had to carry my stuff farther than I should have because of it. It was also very noisy and room run down...not even an extra roll of toilet paper.

Barely warm water for shower…halls needed vacuuming and people sitting in stairwells talking on their phones..hard to navigate with suitcases.

The rooms were too dark, other guest are messy and inconsiderate, one guest even woke us up this morning trying to open our door! She asked if the cleaning lady was in there..
The worst part was that the front desk lady was rude! She also had spastic movements, was snippy and a little loud, the same behaviors I've seen in people high on meth.
In the morning there was a sweet but anxious lady I've seen before, although she can seem unfriendly I think it's just her anxiety. This lady also seemed to have jerky/fast movements, including looking around fast
