Positives:
It provided us a place to sleep during our road trip.
Negatives:
Continental breakfast was nonexistant. We went out at 6:45am and there was literally one muffin. Terribly dirty, surprised I didnt see any bedbugs or cockroaches honestly.
Positives:
The room was neat and clean. It looked inviting with the wooden headboards and frames. When I stopped at this hotel about a year ago the person doing the breakfast was so nice and helpful.
Negatives:
Inappropriate movie was playing in the entry when you walked in. The refrigerator in the room was missing the main shelf. No hot breakfast even though it was advertised, no bowls for cold cereal. The friendly breakfast stuff was no longer there.

FILTHY. Phone didnt work. Listed as accessible: there was barely any room to get my daughters wheelchair in. Window looked DIRECTLY into pool area, giving LOUD swimmers full view into room/making it stink like chlorine. Building looked like a prison.

Very dirty and run down hotel. Dog poop in front of a side entrance. Staff didn't wear uniforms and looked like drug addicts. All door frames in rooms were crooked with gaps. Fitness room was non existant. Floors all over hotel were dirty and not vacummed

Hotel room floor had not been cleaned and all surfaces had not been wiped. The staff came right away to clean and were very apologetic.

Everything. Even though snow removal from sidewalks and parking lots is probably a city requirement, there was no effort at all to remove accumulated or fresh snow. There was a pond so deep in one area of the parking lot that ducks were using it.

they had no plow. The parking lot was full of ice. The employee told me that they dont even have a company to plow. Their yard employees were very kind, but it appears their hands were tied with what they could do.

lack of safety for people staying there. I got stuck in their parking lot due to lack of plowing and ice everywhere.

Definitely could have been cleaner. Totally out of Kleenex. Pretty loud but then it was New Years Eve so thats understandable. Small selection for breakfast. Very average for this price range and I had a dog with me so it was okay.

I usually try not to be a Karen but I wouldnt recommend this hotel ever. Not clean, interstate road noise was pretty terrible and the hotel was not safe, a homeless guy camped out on their couch scared the bejeezus out of my 12 your old daughter
