Pool and spa wad 24 hours and no pet fee was awesome

First room we had, didn't look clean, dirty sink, and stuff all over the floor. After we notifed the front desk, they moved us rooms. 2nd room looked better but we found someone's old sock, a person's own face cloth, as well as a to go dip container. So the cleaning needs to be better for sure.

Very helpful staff, good breakfast, clean and bright pool, fantastic view of the river, attractive lobby, recent updates, good television for watching Super Bowl
Negatives:
Definitely older property shows signs of wear in rooms. Use of dark brown in rooms makes it look depressing. Pillows are lumpy, bed too soft.
