THE LADY AT THE DESK CHECKING OUT WAS REALLY NICE.

WHEN WE FIRST GOT THERE WE WAITED TO GET CHECKED IN AND HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO COME FOR 10 MIN. (SHE WAS OUTSIDE SMOKING . THE BED WAS OK, NOT VERY COMFY, THE POLLOWS ARE HORRIBLE!! LUMPY AND SMALL. THE BATHROOM HAD MOLD IN THE CORNER, SINK DIRTY, TOILET DIRTY & THE SHOWER WAS VERY OLD , GROSS, DISCOLORED. WHEN WE GOT IN THE ROOM THE WINDOW WAS OPEN AND IT COULDNT SHUT ALL THE WAY OR LOCK! I WAS THERE WITH KIDS AND THAT WAS A BIG CONCERN OF MINE, I TRIED TO COMPLAIN BUT NOTHING GOT DONE. THE ROOM WAS OLD, VERY OUT DATED & SOMEONE USED OUR GARBAGE BEFORE WE EVEN GOT THERE. THE POOL WAS EXTREAMLY COLD, MY KIDS LIPS TURNED BLUE, & THE HOT TUB WAS BROKEN, BIG REASON WE GOT THIS HOTEL WAS THE POOL AND HOT TUB. UNFORTUNITLY I WONT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN UNLESS THEY MAKE SOME REALLY BIG IMPROVEMENTS. IF I COULD HAVE CANCELLED AND GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE I WOULD HAVE, WE DROVE 9 HRS AND THAT WAS OUR STOP FOR THE NIGHT.
