The hotel was run down. The phone in room did not work so i had to go down to front desk 2 times for information.
The breakfast was the worst at any of paces we stayed at. Just coffee (no tea)
along with some sandwich and granola bars on reception desk.

It wasn't very clean. We stayed because they advertised a pool and spa and there wasn't. The hallway stairs were dirty. We ended our trip early and didn't stay the 2nd night.

The property was filthy. We asked for a new room when the first room did not appear to have been cleaned after the last guests. The second room was in the same dirty condition. Soiled towels on the bathroom floor, unmade beds with dirty sheets and floors that had not been vacuumed or swept.

The cleanliness of the room was pretty bad… visible stains on floor and bedding. The place is ran done but it can at least be kept clean. That was not the case. Gave me the ick.
