Negatives: Bed was a tad bit lumpy, but overall ok.

Negatives: Breakfast- all boxed goods. Not at all what I was expecting.

Negatives: The woman at the counter was a pill and had zero interested in being helpful or cordial. She was the first and last interaction I had with staff at the hotel and just left a lasting negative impression of my entire experience staying there.

Negatives: Changed room 3 times. 1st room window wouldn't close, 2nd room, phone didn't work, looked like room hadn't been cleaned, bed looked like used sheets and pillows, bathroom light didn't work.Had to get Kleenex from previous room. Rooms were substandard.

Negatives: Room smelled of smoke, floors and bathroom were dirty, mattress, sheets, and blankets were old and stained

Negatives: Plumbing in one room didn’t work. Toilet wouldn’t flush and sink wouldn’t drain. We were given a different room that was okay. But in the morning we realized the fridge wasn’t working. We looked behind it and saw it was not plugged in. There was supposed to be a breakfast. We asked the lady at the desk where it was. She said “Right here “. And pointed at some empty baskets on the counter. She said it was a grab and go breakfast. And she walked away. Time was 8:30 AM. We came back at 8:55 AM and baskets were still empty. I asked the lady again, where’s breakfast. She glanced up and said,”Oh, didn’t they fill them? Well breakfast was 7 - 9.” We left. And will never be back there!

Negatives: the room was dirty, the lamp and phone were on the floor, we cleaned the room our self. they never cleaned the previous tenants coffee out and it was moldy and smelled. the cleaners hid extra coffee packets behind the safe that was on top of a tiny trash can. there was mold in the shower etc the hallways had food just in the stairwell, there were people out by the entrance 24/7 drinking and smoking weed, it smelled, the bar inside added a 1 in front of the 5 making it a 15$ tip, absolutely the worst hotel stay I've ever had and I've stayed in literally hundreds of different hotels 0/10

Negatives: The floor was dirty, the window was broken, the door lock was broken. The morning staff was rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Negatives: There was a bug in my room and the shower head was leaking red stuff?
