Positives: Nothing!

Negatives: Everything. The headboard fell off the wall when staff tried to fix the light. The toilet ran & was never fixed. No housecleaning. Breakfast room & pool not open. Dirty. Beds were old. Springs popped & cracked. I have pictures.
