Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable.

We have stayed in many of the Wyndham group of hotels in our travels with very good staff, facilities, service and excellent cleanliness. Sadly, this particular facility fell short. I seldom (if ever) give a substandard review and do so only because the Wyndham name, for us, has always been synonymous with impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff upon check in and good value for the price being charged. Please accept this review as an impetus for improvement. The walls/door casings were beat up and scuffed, the front entrance and elevator were dirty and generally, the facility looked tired and in dire need of an overhaul. We can say the bed was comfortable and clean.

We had a late check-in followed by an issue in the night. We were quickly able to get it resolved.

We found a bed bug in our first room. They moved us immediately, made and informed us of plans to exterminate the room and adjoining rooms. Both rooms had large gaps around the entry door meaning all the noise of hall came into the rooms which made it hard to sleep.

We were in 207. The toilet seat was not connected properly. The room darkening shade did not work properly. The lamp shades were all crooked which doesn't affect anything, just doesn't look professional. We had two conditioner and no shampoo.

I left this property after two hours and went to a different hotel. The property was old, grubby and in need of repairs. The bathroom sink was plugged and the electrical outlet had burn marks. The hotel needs a complete makeover. The pictures on the booking site are misleading. Check other reviews before booking.
