The room not being clean and everytime you set or lay on bed it moves and I fell in the bathroom tub

The staff was so helpful and provided me with direction to places to see while in their city. All so told be about great places to eat. Will stay again.
Negatives:
The bathroom was made for short people. The toilet felt it was coming loose and ran off and on during night. Not enough plug ins.
