The location was great for the concert we went to.
Negatives:
The room was ridiculously expensive for what it was. There were dirty towels in the room. There was no coffee available in the morning because it ran out. Also, I would highly suggest NEVER going to their restaurant. I have never had such slow and awful service. Our lunch took 3 hours! We waited 30mins just to get our beverages, the food was not great and very over priced. It was by far the worst experience we have had ever had at a restaurant and my friends and I are all in the service industry so we are really patient and understanding.

It really needs clean up. Fallen trees in the parking lot and deferred maintenance. More attention to exterior cleanliness was needed and interior at entrances.
