First room was smelly (maybe old carpet?). Staff was eager to help, uncomplicated& gave us a room with access to fresh air & new floor. This room was perfect for us, clean & comfortable.
Breakfast started at 7am, which was to late for us unfortunately. You pay extra for breakfast (which is todally ok, if you are aware of it in advance.)
Negatives:
Not a big fan of old carpets in general. The floor in the hallway could be cleaner.
