Great location just off two main streets! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Our tv wasn’t working so we looked behind the dresser to make sure it was plugged in and found a bit of garbage. We did get the tv to turn on but our hairdryer and fridge were not in working order. The bed was not very comfortable either.

The staff were fantastic and the room nice but please do away with the bogus auto response text system.

We stayed 2 nights. First night there were several people outside in the parking g lot cussing' laughing having a good time. I used the text system that welcomed us and got Auto responses that the noise would be addressed by the security team..never was it addressed

Bed sheets were dirty--not just stained but dirty. Trash from. Prior guests left in room. Toilet was filthy --literally. Shower had not been cleaned properly--muddy smudges on shower curtain and shower wall from prior guest.

The staff were excellent: kind and efficient. The coffee in the breakfast room was amazing. It was on par with a McDonald's or Dunkin' Donuts coffee.

The room was... humid; it almost felt damp. There was leftover food in the fridge from a previous occupant. That was a bit unsettling as it leads me to ask what else the cleaning staff might have overlooked in preparing the room.
