Location, Checkin was fast and friendly, asked for a room away from interstate, they were very accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfy and warm. Upon checkin TJ pointed out Jaspers restaurant a block or so away, show room key and get 10% off.

Hot tub, bed, pillows very comfortable. 10 percent off at restaurant, food is excellent there. Upgrades to rooms very nice with microwave/fridge. Upstairs rooms quiet.

TV reception , channels had snowy lines , practically unable to watch. Realize they were short staffed. A little on the rude side at check-in, not very friendly or welcoming.

The first room they gave us reeked of dirty animals and urine. Carpet was soiled. They gladly gave us a different room, which was lovely. It had brand new carpet, fresh paint, and brand new comfortable bedding. We wouldve not been able to spend five min.

Lovely hotel is you get a remodeled room. Pets ruined first floor.

A very nice room. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.

The Roku TV was impossible to operate. Managed to find one channel & stayed with that one. Front desk was not helpful. There are no hooks in bathroom to hang clothing during shower. A $3 hook would be sufficient.

One staff member was bit cold to deal but it seemed she was having a bad day. The tv in our room had 8 strange white spots in the screen. Still watchable though.
