Positives: The location was ok. Always had new towels.

Negatives: The shelf in the bathroom was broke and hanging off. It always took at least 3 tries or more to open the door to the room. The TV remotes didn’t work for turning on or turning off the TV and they wouldn’t give me a new remote. Had to unplug the tv and plug it back in each time. The staff was not kind or friendly. The refrigerator froze everything.
