Positives:
The room was exceptionally clean, spotless even. Happy that it has a mini fridge and a microwave, very handy. I also loved the easy check-in. The hotel is well-located, next to many commercial areas so it's easy to get food and other necessities.
Negatives:
Not very soundproof. Could hear the people outside and next door. Our bathroom also had some molds on the wall. And the room is showing some damage (chips and cracks, wear and tear). Hairdryer is an old model, couldn't figure out how to use it and didn't have time to ask for help. Wish the room had some complimentary water but I guess this is rare in most hotels nowadays.

Positives:
Breakfast was good, and included in the cost of the stay. There was a waffle maker, coffee, a hot entree option and bagels/muffins. Hotel was generally clean. Staff was friendly. There was an elevator.
Negatives:
Beds were not comfortable. Soap/body wash dispenser was basically empty. Did not accommodate request for wheelchair accessible room.

Needs many upgrades in the bathroom, carpets should be replaced and hard wood floors should be added..2nd floor exit door slammed so hard all night with customers taking their pets out.Lobby chairs at tables were very dirty. Stained with urine spots. They should really be replaced!

The hotel was quiet and clean. Everyone on staff we met during a 3 day stay was friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable, a great night's sleep. Breakfast area kept full and clean. Will stay again at this hotel

Same old Biscuits and Gravy for 2 of our 3 mornings. Can't you do better than the same every other day. I had high hopes that it would get better. How about some eggs and sausage or ham? The instant oatmeal has been there forever, how about some new.
