Location was quite convenient and easy to get to. The hotel was clean and modern. Comfortable and pleasant.

Regular curtains would have been nice. Also, the doors on the rooms slammed shut, waking us up early.

The place was near a lot of new and nice places. Great parking, private area and quiet.
Negatives:
Rooms were not as clean as they should have been. Shower was dirty, and the room didn’t smell so good. The main outdoor area was locked and unable to sit outside. The pool is nice but very narrow so when there are more people inside the pool it’s very awkward.

It was decorated well.
Negatives:
The wall was paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. They were partying and playing loud music at 1:30am. I called the front desk to have them address the situation and no one would answer the phone. I ended up having to bang on the wall to get them to turn off the music but the loud party continued. Then their phone alarms went off at 7 am, 3 different times, for a long period of time. I could hear every conversation they had.

They canceled our reservation without any notice. We reached the hotel tired from a long way drive to hear that our room was given to someone else. The annoying thing was we were never informed, and they make it sound like it was our fault. It was really horrible experience.
