Positives:
The staff was excellent. They were in a position where they had to apologize for the condition of the room and the fact that half of the key cards did not work.
Negatives:
The fact that in our daughters room the head board had fallen off, the microwave was falling off, and the sheets had dark brown mystery stains did not do much for the wedding that we were attending for our eldest daughter. The staff offered to clean the filthy shower but housekeeping decided it was good enough and they changed out her stained bedding with sheets that were in worse condition. That was an absolute embarrassment. I would never have guessed that a Wyndham hotel would be in such disastrous conditions. Wow!
