Positives: Staff was always welcoming and helpful. Hot breakfast was on point!

Negatives: My room smelled terrible, not sure what it was, but it wasn't my dog. I tried opening a window to air it out, which only helped when the window as open. Also, I got bit by something, TWICE. Big welts on my left forearm, very itchy.
