We had booked 2 handicapped accessible rooms. We were told at check-in that the second room had not been rented out for over 3 weeks, plumbing problems. The handicapped available room was given to our near 80 year old travel companions, and my husband and I ( mid seventys) were given a double queen room instead of our booked King room, not handicapped accessible
The Hot Breakfast advertised was merely a pan of scrambled eggs and pan of cubed fried potatoes. There was juice and coffee, toast and cold cereal, and you could cook yourself a waffle, but that was it. No breakfast meats at all.
Also, the air-conditioner in our room was so loud, we could not sleep of the noise and lack of cool air.
