Negatives: No breakfast.That needs to be told... People look forward to that... There wasn't anything not even coffee. BUMMED ME OUT wish they had something.

Negatives: Upholstered furniture had stains; sink drains were rusted; one sink faucet was loose; general upkeep of this very old property was poor; HVAC units were dysfunctional. telephone was ancient - an old Ramada phone.

Negatives: Renovations are happening everywhere. Debri from renovations found on floors theoughout the facilities. Pool, hot tub, and fitness area are all closed due to state violations that shut them down in 2022. Bedding on rollaway beds was yellow and stained. Towels in the rooms were stained, smelled cleaned, but were stained. The door to the room was broken, it didn't open or close properly. There is no breakfast, as advertised, due to renovations. If the excuse to these amenities being unavailable is "we are renovating," that's fine, but at least let guests know that upfront, update your pages and sites to reflect that, and be transparent. Nearly $250 for 2 nights is ridiculous, considering it's a glorified motel. Did not feel safe, stayed the first night of our reservation because it was 11pm and we traveled all day with young kids, but just couldn't bring myself to stay the second night, especially after finding out the pool and hot tub were not functioning. We stayed here 5 years ago for a convention and were satisfied, but unfortunately, this was a far far cry from what it was a short while ago.

Negatives: Pool not heated, wasnt told until we got there and Appears to not be filtered. No breakfast. None of this was listed online when I booked the room. It should be noted online that the building is under remodeling so no amenities available. Walls thin.

Negatives: The Hotel Bar was closed.

Negatives: Nothing. The property was disgusting and a complete disaster. Looked like a motel that should charge per hour and a great location for drug deals. The staff refused to offer any kind of reconciliation. There was no note of the renovation and disarray of the hotel on the website. Extremely shady and unprofessional. The pools heater wasn’t working either.

Negatives: Neighbors were very noisy and in the pool after midnight, stains on the sheets,doors not locking or fitting right.

Negatives: Breakfast was advertised but they didn't have any at all. Lounge was closed Hot tub was closed Beer cooler was locked and the manager didn't have a key Pool heater wasn't working and too cold for even the kids, which was reason for picking this hotel

Negatives: The pool was freezing cold, even the kids wouldn't swim in it. Hot tub has a sign on it that says it's been closed by the state, for three years now. No breakfast or food or any kind. Beer cooler was locked and the on duty manager didn't have a key.
