Negatives: Room smelled - needs updated

Negatives: People in room next to us were noisy in wee hours even after reported to office; AC/Heater not fully functional; beds had 'holes' or sagged or were lumpy; mouse seen in breakfast room.

Negatives: The carpet was old. The hallways were very dirty and outside door did not lock

Negatives: Room was old and out of date with decor…seemed a little “used”! The chair in the room was very dingy and I didn’t was to keep my bass on the floor!

Negatives: This place is old and worn out. Could not tell if the carpet was worn out or just dirty. The only time I saw staff was at check in. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner pumps in the shower were all empty, the back door said locked for security at all time, it never was, had some cereal, the spin container was almost empty and the raisins in the raisin bran were so old they were like rocks. If I had bit down hard it would have been easy to break a tooth. The coffee was awful and the juice was very watery. Don't stay here unless you have no other option

Negatives: Staff was not really friendly, but not unfriendly either. Weren't really engaged in the process.

Negatives: Place was run down. Room had nasty carpet that needed vacuum and steam clean. Paint had scuffs and splatters every where. Shotty drywall patching where some fixtures were replaced. Chaise chair was grimy.

Negatives: Needs renovated. It's not in great shape and could be in better condition since it's off the highway

Negatives: The trash can outside was overflow and no one emptied it. Wasnt able to throw trash away.
