Location and the front desk attendant lady that was so very nice and helpful.

Did not have the correct room I booked available and when it became available the second day it was 10x worse than the one I was put in the prior day. Very dirty, rundown, stinky, and delapitated.

The people running it, were extremely nice. They offered to help move us, as we had to change rooms due to toilet not working.
Negatives:
Bathroom door had a screw for a handle and wouldn't close. Place was definitely in need of repair, and cleaned. Bathroom sink still had toothpaste in it, and walls were covered with an assortment of food, blood, and other residue. Beds were like sponges, so slept sitting with pillows under and behind us.

I like the motel style. I could pull my truck up to park in front of my room. The staff were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot coffee boiled eggs, fruit and sweet rooms, with orange drink also. Very satisfying.

The holes in the plaster, gunk thrown on the walls, broken toilet seat.
