Positives: The front office staff were very friendly and personable. I got the feeling they’re not used to people being nice to them, which is a bit sad. I doubt they have much control over the condition of the hotel.

Negatives: It’s a far cry from the photos on the listing, that’s for sure. The beds feel like they’re shooting springs directly into your back, the bathrooms are not maintained well, the in-room AC makes a loud clicking sound and juggles the room between too hot and too cold regardless of the temp setting, and the lights in the room must be a 6000K+ color temperature. Extremely clinical fluorescent-adjacent lighting - downright headache inducing.
