Negatives: We liked everything about it:)

Negatives: n the 1st floor, The warming light in the bathroom would turn on but then overheat after about 2 minutes and if you tried to turn it on again it acted like it was wanting to catch on fire, It looks like they just redid the walk in shower but the they used the same tiles on the floor as the wall and when the floor gets wet when you are taking a shower its like you are standing on ice (I almost fell several times), Then to top it all off on my last day I noticed a sewer smell in the bathroom? I figured it was from the construction going on so I turned the shower on to flush the drain and then I went about my day. When I came back that evening the entire bathroom was flooded!!! I used all the towels in the room to try and figure out what was going on and come to find out there was water flowing from under the toilet!!! I went to the front desk and her answer was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it I only work here two days a week. Next time you should say at a better hotel”. She did offer to switch rooms after talking to her but It was 10pm and I was checking out at 7am and I was tired so She gave me more towels and I went and cleaned it up even more without any help and just shut the toilet off. The next morning when I was checking out I wanted to talk to the manager about my situation when I checked out but when I turned in my key and brought it up I was told “oh yeah, she told me about the problem and we will look at it later” and that was it. Not even a sorry you had a bad experience!!!

Negatives: 3rd floor was under construction. Staff never mentioned this, even after we requested a quiet room. Construction went until 6pm and started again at 7am. Very loud and right above us.

Negatives: New and ongoing construction to improve the property and convert to Comfort Inn. Which is a good thing, but a bit noisy and messy while it lasts.
