Wow! Exceeded expectations. Roomy, spotless. Perfect. Location great for attending concert at CHI arena.

The transportation to airport (10 min away) did t start until 7am. With SO MANY early flights (656am) I was forced to keep my rental car and pay for parking.

Front door didn't lock, bathroom door didn't lock, had to request towels 3 times until we went and got them ourselves. Trash under the couch, dusty, and one of the sockets sounded like it was going to catch fire.
