The bed was comfortable and linens were clean/fluffed, very affordable stay. Staff was super friendly and prompt to have breakfast ready and refilled as needed. Had a concern about the wellbeing of a hotel guest down the hall from us and staff was prompt to check in on them for us.
Negatives:
The outside looks great but the inside is in a state of mild disrepair. Heavy smell of mold/mildew in our hallway, bathroom had no proper venting source for showers and ceiling tiles are not designed to handle water. One elevator was down the whole trip and the two in working order one seemed unserviced for years. Would have loved some water throughout the trip but only lemon water was offered during breakfast, water was out in the vending machines and no water fountains were on site. Had to walk to the gas station to buy a case. Very loud guests in many rooms after 10pm made it difficult for my husband to sleep.

Our room smelled! Also under the A/C units it was really dusty and not clean! One of our bathrooms in the suite had a hole in the all! The carpet had stains in them that I don’t think comes out. I think the carpet needs to be changed in that room. Also wish the heat was on in the pool area or at least that the water was warm

Room was horrible, peeling paint, torn carpeting, had to use my phone's flashlight, as light upon entering would not work. Bathtub, had been refinished, but the finish was peeling, toilet would not stop running when flushed. Bed skirt had holes in it. Drapes and sheets were both hanging off the rod so we couldn't close them. Elevator floors (2) had trash all over them (at 6:30 am). No exhaust fan in bathroom.
Asked to speak to the manager at checkout, it's Sunday he doesn't come in (guess no other manager (assistant?) works Sunday either.

For $150 a night it was not clean and staff was kinda rude also there was a huge party with idk how many people all the up till after 3am when I finally went to sleep… they was inside and outside and the blocking the doorways and elevators.. staff said absolutely nothing to them…

To start, we reserved a non-smoking room, but we were given a room that smelled like cigarettes. My husband went back downstairs to informed the receptionist. He give us a new room. In the new room however, the TV was not working. There was a message on the screen saying “bad internet connection.” We called the front desk twice inquiring about the TV issue. First time we were told to wait 10-15mins, but an hour passed no one showed. We called them again after an hour and the receptionist stated he send someone and that they should be coming. Up to the time we checked out, NO ONE should to fix the tv problem. At 8am, we got a knock on the door and it was the cleaning people asking if the room was ready to be clean. We had until 11am to checkout. To top that off, we paid for breakfast we never received. We were never given any information about the breakfast and it was on our reservation. Very poor customer service. Overall experience was horrible.
