Negatives: The bathroom sink did not have a stopper. The refrigerator was on top of a table. The door frames to many of rooms were discolored. This hotel needs an update.

Positives: The location was great and convenient

Negatives: Yes! The staff was very rude and not helpful, our TV in room was broke, sink and shower were broke. There was a blood stains on the top sheet. When we told them of issues they rolled eyes and said there was nothing to be done.

Positives: It had a shuttle that took you downtown in a 4 mile radius of the hote.

Negatives: Not that great for a 4 start hotel. Bacteria along the cocking in the bathtub. Sink continuously got clogged. There was no ironing board in the room despite being provided an iron. The hotel breakfast was subpar.

Negatives: The elevator broke down on us. The front lady said we had complimentary breakfast in the morning, but it cost $18.99/Person. The night staff was rude when we asked for the WiFi password. The bed was more hard and the blankets sucked.
