The hotel desk clerks could have been more hospitable and friendly. I did not appreciate that I had to pay for parking or that additional fees were added to my overnight stay for each guest as it should have been for one room.

We enjoyed the happy hour offering of snacks and drinks. My family appreciated the space to gather in the lobby with extended family members whom we were visiting.
Negatives:
We wish that guests at the hotel were not charged for parking. In an area of town where there is ample room for parking (contrary to a downtown setting), it didn't seem reasonable that our room rate did not include a parking space.

Housekeeping was loudly knocking on the door the day we were set to leave at 8am and woke us up. Check out wasn’t until 11 am. They had the door open before I was able to get out of bed and answer the door.
