Positives: The staff was friendly enough.
Negatives: For the price, I had expected a slightly better room. The bathtub didn’t work, there was no bag in the trash can and it wasn’t very clean. I expected better for a Hilton. The beds were like rocks and the pillows so useless, we ended up just using clothing for pillows. Overall, not a clean room either. The pool area was interesting, an overwhelming smell of chlorine and water standing in the walkways. Nice pool towels though. Hot tub was so warm it made my husband feel ill after a few minutes.

Positives: The breakfast was delicious and served right size. The front desk staff Veronica was so good and friendly. She is super helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Positives: I liked the location.
Negatives: Where to begin? I messed up and booked the hotel for the wrong date - my bad - figured I could refunded or change the reservation later, so I just re-booked with Hilton when I got there realizing it was for the wrong date. I paid the double price for the hotel that night. It sucked paying $350 for a hotel that I live right by for family friends to come stay in. But whatever, it was CSW time, I get it. Already annoyed about the wrong booking (which was my fault), and the additional $350 I had to shell out to pay for the room that night, then the front desk gentleman kept knocking on the door asking my 18 year old family friend who was in the room alone at night to hang out and called her room multiple times to talk to her and ask her questions, such as if she wanted to smoke or drink with him when he's off work. Very inappropriate for many reasons. Then, after dealing with Bookings.com and you guys at Hilton, telling me I needed to cancel my reservation to get refunded, so I did, to then get told that the cancelation fee that I agreed to at the time of the booking, is actually the price of the booking, so I can't even get a refund. So once I figure that out, I ask if I can just keep that hotel room then since I live right here in the town and will just let my daughter use it for her birthday party. I get told no, as they have already canceled it, and can't re-book me. Soo I got to pay double for a hotel room that we did get to stay in, on top of paying normal price for a hotel room that I wasn't even able to utilize or get refunded for, all while our 18 year old family friend was feeling unsafe at the hotel alone because of the front desk guy. Definitely won't be using or referring or family and friends to this hotel or Bookings.com ever again. Horrible experience.
