Nice rooms and good location.

I will never valet there again. It took 40 minutes to get my car and the manager ended up having to to get it because valet was nowhere to be found. The front desk was useless, even when I asked to speak to a manager.

The room was extremely inconvenient. It was extremely hard to find charging ports, the sink didnt allow for toiletries to be easily used or stores and the water pressure absolutely sucked. It was barely a trickle coming out of the faucet.

The staff were really great and very helpful. There was a valet that went above and beyond when the CVS vending machine had issues. I tried to get something and the screen went black and said system error, and he took care of calling someone to come fix

I wasnt use to having to pay for parking, so that was a bit of a surprise, but it is what it is

There should be a fan in the bathroom! It would be nice to have other cozy area's to sit around as a group in the lobby area. It's all high tables or the bar or restaurant. Would be nice to have cozy chairs to sit around with friends and drink coffee

The only thing that I did not like was that I reserved the room with a big bathtub and did not get that..The breakfast was okay.. but they can explain it to you a little bit better if you had purchased the breakfast in your reservation.
