i did not like having to pay for packing. the agent at front desk was unable to find my reservation. i had to wait for 45 minutes int he lobby. then finally he advised he "overlooked it" and it had been active the entire time.

Location was okay. Room fairly clean.
Negatives:
Breakfast food was cold, even right after it was brought out. It was not kept up either. Many things were empty and not restocked during breakfast time. A couple families left with out food while we waitwd there. There was not many seating options for more than two people. Pool was FREEZING and basically unusable. For the price payed I hoped for a heated pool (or at least a notice that it wasn't somewere- Indoor pools are generally heated.) and some food available at breakfast. I have had better facilities, comfier beds, the shampoo/lotion/conditoner bottles were mounted to the walls but empty... also better food and just overall stay for half the price elsewhere and will not be back. Also, parking price was ridiculous. I am paying for a room at your facility, parking in the lot of your hotel should be included.

Didn’t know ahead of time I had to put a departure down or pay for parking What you pay for the room should included parking. That was a little ridiculous shouldn’t matter that your down town. When you have a parking lot for your building guest shouldn’t have to pay for it

Nice staff but seemed understaffed.

No towels in the room and very limited in the pool area. No bedding for the pull out couch when the reservation was for 6 people... not even a sheet. Just a mattress.

Front desk rep Faith was very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
On our first night the manager changed the type of room were staying in with out telling us. I understand unforeseen circumstances occur-- but would have been nice to have been informed. Pull out beds are uncomfortable-- four night stay -inquired about a room change for the following three nights -- no promises-- but Faith was able to get us a different room for the rest of our stay--
