I liked the location, central to everything close. I liked how easy it was to find my room.
Negatives:
The staff wasn’t friendly, the restaurant staff didn’t give a crap. Breakfast was NOT included and wanted to charge $15. The shower faucet was broken. The bed and pillows were not clean. The elevators were rickety and terrifying.

For paying quite a bit I was disappointed in the lack of information given. We ate at the restaurant and later found out that kids eat free and we had 3 adults staying in the room with 2 kids eating. The parking spots were so small I was afraid it was going to hit another car. I was also disappointed with the fact that I had to pay for parking when I already paid to stay at the hotel.

When we arrived we had to pay for parking via third party but that didn’t guarantee you a spot . The water park was a mad house with kids doing whatever they wanted no rules followed no staff to enforce rules with disgusting bathrooms . The hallways were super dirty and the rooms halfway cleaned .
