The air conditioner was not working properly, so the room was hot and uncomfortable. The pillows felt as if they were filled with cotton balls so my head sank into them ( not comfortable) . I told the front desk staff about the air conditioning and said that they might want to have someone look at it .. The staff member said ok.

Our room was next to the mechanical room. Every 2-5 minutes it sounded like something was banging on the wall. This continued until we checked out the next morning. We also asked for king suite and they put us in a queen without informing us of the change and still charged us full price.

Breakfast was awful… It’s a COVID breakfast everything wrapped up which limits what can be provided… Eggs in a bowl…I expected a much better breakfast from this place and the juice options are truly gross tasting..
Location on the highway was a bad option as the traffic is extremely noticeable and disrupts sleep. Pool is TINY you have one family and it’s full so don’t expect the pool to be a good option…
