We arrived at the hotel and was told that they did not have a room for us and that they tried calling me. I never received a call from them. They offered to put us in the hotel next door & the room was way smaller than what I booked.

Our room was facing the street side. It was very loud throughout most of the night with the vehicles driving by.

Location was perfect to attend Pink that was across the street. Front desk day staff were helpful. Nice to have bottled water available in room and at check in. Pet friendly major plus! Variety of breakfast items were wonderful! Having the option to cook in room was very nice! And full refrigerator with freezer was great!
Negatives:
Pool and hot tub were cloudy and had a strange odor. Had houskeeper enter room without being told to come in. Breakfast was only served until 9am one day made for a rushed start to the day. Room could use some deep cleaning, walls and curtains were soiled. Had a strong Marijuana smell outside door in hallway more then once. Guessing coming from stairwell. Not pleasant
