Negatives: Rooms were not fully clean and the handle was missing to the the bathroom door

Negatives: No roaches cleaner rooms cold milk Warm milk sitting out on counter

Negatives: No toilet paper

Negatives: I was asked for my credit card even though I had pre paid. when asked why , he said we charge if you smoke. I said I don't smoke my daughter and I both have bad allergies and can't take smoke of any kind. So get to room open door and it smelled like a bar that was just closeing,. The smell of smoke was so strong when I open door I went to open window. to keep us from coughing. I did not ask for another room done that before and its never been better so why. the window lock were broke and the window hardly stayed up we had to use our stuff to hold window open then I went out side to fix the broken in 4 pieces screen. to try to keep bugs out. Then my daughter went to ck bed for bed bugs she always does this and wow there was a big blood stain on sheet. I told her to have come change she said no and went and got her sleeping bag and mine to sleep in . then the lamp it was a dbl lamp on wall between beds it would come one and off and then the lamp would spin around in circles as not attached to wall and the out let it was pluged into was falling out of wall. as were all out lets except the bathroom plug. checking bathroom out there were two spots in each corner on top of tub and on floor next to tub of holes dirt and MOLD. not good for allergies or anyone. the floor to the room was so sticky our shoes would stick to floor, my service dog did not want to walk on floor , I got up in middle of night to use restroom and came back to bed went to use white clothe to wash feet and it turn the clothe black from the filth on floor. this place was not clean much less a covid or flu clean. it was down right filthy. thank goodness I take my own towels and wash clothes there towels smelled like they had been washed in fryer grease. and knowing that smell from working with food. it was gross it made us break out from using bath towel. So now our allergies have flared to max and I am still suffering at home with sore throat and burning roof of mouth.

Negatives: there were cockroaches in the room, this is a smoke free property and our hallway was full of and smelled of cigarette smoke, and the entrance smelled like mildew

Negatives: Teeny tiny bathroom, hallway smelled like skunk and no breakfast after being told there would be.
