Positives:
Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
they require a security deposit.
Staff was not helpful at all, they lack greatly in customer service and hospitality and friendliness.
They said there was a hot breakfast which was only a make it yourself waffle maker.

It was easy to find, and pretty clean.

The staff on duty gave me a room that someone was already occupying. He caught us half way to the room, but how does that happen?? The room he did assign us. The tub was filling with our shower water instead of draining.
