Sleep Inn & Suites Airport

Negatives: upon check in, i opened my first room and it was filthy, garbage, tossed up mattress, towels on the floor. my second room was flooded from the air conditioner. the employees didn’t offer me as much as an apology. i checked out before i spent a single night and paid full price for somewhere i didn’t sleep.

Negatives: The room had been remodeled/updated for the most part, but there were obvious exceptions. A few crumbling areas on walls were visible and the shower door was not the right size for the opening.

Negatives: The shower could use a touch up but it was fine. It looks as if the floor was painted and the paint is peeling off.but everything else was great.

Negatives: I have never had a worse experience at a hotel! Upon arrival, the guy at the front desk was extremely rude. Any questions I asked he was extremely bothered with. When we got up to the room, It was not what the photos looked like at all. It was very dated, and the lights were flickering when we turned them on. When we pulled back the sheets there were tiny hairs all over that looked like pube hairs. The blanket for the bed was also a duvet insert, with no cover? Instead of complaining, I simply called the front desk and asked if we could get a clean set of sheets. My husband went down to grab them and he sent back a “sheet” that looked like a curtain for a window, a fitted sheet, and two pillow cases. The sheet was extremely thin and when I opened It up It had holes in It that resembled maybe teeth marks? Or burn marks? And It was so thin we needed a blanket or a sheet to go with It? I went back down, being very reasonable under the circumstances asking for another sheet and a blanket and showing him the one he gave us with the holes. He did not even apologize, took It back and said he would see what he could find. At this point I was extremely upset, It was after midnight and we are traveling across the country. He came back and told me he didn’t have anything. I was fuming! You mean to tell me you are a HOTEL and you don’t have any extra bedding? What a joke! I argued back and forth for a while but It wasn’t even worth It. He ended up giving me an old dirty brown blanket. If we could get a refund that would be great! But with the way we were treated there from the very beginning I wouldn’t expect that much from this place!

Negatives: Foul smell in the room of moisture. Wet , soak carpet.

Negatives: The nite manager was a jerk. Very rude, he needs to find another line of work.

Negatives: Needed updating...various nail holes, missing paint in some areas, etc Breakfast was terrible
