The people at the front desk are really nice and friendly. The man who helped my daughter and i at night time was the nicest from the front desk.
Negatives:
Cleaning people knocking on the door in early morning asking to clean while your in the room. Marijuana smell in one room we stayed in and large stains on carpet. Couch is VERY uncomfortable. No ice machines or vending machines around but one that didnt work. Cant adjust the thermostat so we sweated most of the night. Beds are super hard.

They let someone take all my shit when I was in the lobby waiting on uber . A man came and demanded I give him everything. And I feel like the front desk had everything to do with it because he went to smoke a cigarette And let the guy I'm the lobby .also found drug needles behind the mattress
