It was somewhat clean. The restroom smelled like menstrual períod. The extra blanket for the sofa bed was torn, and the pillows smelled like they haven’t been washed. We got a hearing aid room and I didn’t ask for one on my reservation.

Last minute booking but treated...

I purchased the hotel stay as a wedding gift for my brother and his wife. The staff put chocolates in the room, gave a special room key and put up streamers. They were pleasantly surprised and I was very happy that the staff not only honored my request but made their stay extra special.
