The location was very central in Omaha. I liked the history of the hotel and the hallways. The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
The room was quite dirty and you could not shut the bathroom door to 100% (it was a sliding door).

Friendly staff, Sam at the restaurant was a delight to talk with! The room was beautiful and clean and I was attending an event at The Orpheum which was right around the corner. Also within walking distance of historical downtown Omaha. All around wonderful stay
