As soon as I walked in the front to receive keys really bad odor received keys went to the room once I opened the door to room a cockroach fell right on my shirt I immediately left out the room took the key back unfortunately there's no refund I would take this hotel off booking site it's no good

There was no breakfast or continental.. without booking and motel and it at a lower price really helps, but there prices is to expensive. This location is closed to my job

I'm a supervisor for OSHA and this particular motel have a lot of violations, cement steps need repairs, the outside is trashed, a lot of work is much needed I tolerated

First off the guy that checked us in was rude we were charged for checking in early though when I had called days prior was told differently. Instead of asking for my debit card he said give me your card rudely.when we got to our rooms they were fifty things didn't work ( outlets lighting hot water TV doors barely shut ( at this point we were ready to leave but hadn't any other options ( looked like had been kicked in holes in the walls big holes..after we left to do what we came to Nebraska for there was another guy working he did his best to help us even got us moved to to different rooms. But it was still a stressful frustrating stay for what was spose to be a fun vacation for two couples..I am including pics of our room my sister has her pics for their room and will be leaving a review as well .it will only let me put 4 pictures on here I have plenty more.

Very dirty, door was broken, no light in the room, wash basin didn't have running water, creaking bed, noisy locality, no one would use the toilet after seeing it. Flush & the cistern were broken.

I pre paid for this room. Was told I wasnt allowed to check in because I was not 21. They told me to call Booking.com so that Booking.com could request a refund from them. It has been two weeks and I havent gotten my refund. I spent $103 dollars on a room I couldnt use.

Everything. My door never felt secure. So if I left the room I put my Nintendo switch and laptop in a backpack and just carried it. Even if I just went to the office

There was blood on the sheets. Holes in the wall. Smoke detector was a hole in the wall. Exhaustfan had exposed wiring you pluggedin to run it. There was an ice bucket no machine. Broken TV screen trash all over the grounds

The store near by were great and within walking distance.

Room was dirty, could hear staff talking real loud in laundry room behind our room. Trash all over back parking lot and side walk.
