Negatives: No hot water. Side doors, where most of the handicap parking was, didn't open. Not much choice for breakfast on Sunday. Hide a bed in our room was super uncomfortable.

Negatives: When we got there the toilet over flooded and flooded into the room. We did tell someone right away. It never over flowed again but never really flushed. The shower was only Luke warm and never got hot.

Negatives: It seems on some parts of the hotel they are trying to save money, and a lot of lights are off. It is a big hotel, and it just has a bad look, specially right after the lobby, where many lights are off. Nothing too concerning, although it'd be great to adjust that.

Negatives: No hot water, work out area had only broken machines. Breakfast was undercooked. Bathroom was dirty and the door could barley close passed the toilet.

Negatives: there was not hot water and rooms was not the cleanest. we found qtips and few other items. Also when we called down at night they said run hot water for about 8-10 minutes and water should go hot it never did, so called back they said they would call back never did. also in morning same thing. Breakfast was ok however for 6 floors and only one waffle maker was crazy to me. for $120 a night and 6 floor of rooms you would think they could get hot water and at least 1 to 2 more waffle makers. if that was there main food item.

Negatives: They allow people to harass other people staying in their hotel the hotel stunk of marijuana. We got in the elevator to go up to our floor and the second we got on that elevator. We wanted to pass out yet all the dude at the front desk could say was well. They probably smoked outside. No, they didn’t smoke outside for it to be that strong in the elevator they didn’t give a crap even though it isn’t even legal in the state and don’t put it past me. I smoke But I shouldn’t have to walk into a property where it stinks so dang bad that you wanna pass out and you will feel like your clam barking They told me about a $50 charge that would fall off my account plus my hotel fee, but they ended up charging my card at the same exact time as the $50 fee which no one in the place seems to know where the money went to or what that money is for they refuse to return it. It was just all in all very, very horrible state. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Negatives: Blood on the carpet. Stinky carpet and no hot water in the first room and the drain in the bathtub was clogged. Told the front desk and got a different room which was better but the floors are stinky In the room and blood stain on the carpet.

Negatives: Smelt like pot loud and did not feel safe had some person be inappropriate towards my girlfriend and friend at the pool laundry room not working half the ice makers not working

Negatives: The pool was out of service , and was charged extra and never received the refund i was supposed to receive

Negatives: No restaurant in hotel. Many people actually live in the hotel.

Negatives: Very stingy with supplies. Less towels for swimming given than people needed, could only give 1 room card, had no more fitted sheets to replace ours. Also, EVERY morning the pool had a "closed for maintenance" sign on it till the early afternoon. Not sure why, but plan accordingly as you won't get to swim in the morning.

Negatives: At night Kids running up and down the hall, bang of doors and very loud noise's from room next door. I finally got up and went to room next to ua and let them know it was enough and then we were able to sleep.
