Prior to booking stay, I messaged property about a downstairs room because I have lupus and stairs are rough on me, was told when I arrived if I wanted one I would be required to stay in one with maintenance issues. I was there for three nights, midweek, couldn’t do a room with maintenance issues, had to use our own TP, shouldn’t have to track someone down to get them. No elevator, pet area has a bunch of white pests and my dog broke out in hives. Two bugs found in room, one on the bed and a dead cockroach in the restroom. The room was priced similarly to others in the area so I would look at other properties before booking here. Motel 6 is where we normally stay for the pets but we may be looking for other options as our pets safety is important to us. Property was located centrally and next to a casino, and close access to the road to Tahoe. When I did interact with housekeeping they were nice.

The first room I was in had a really bad odor. I ended up paying extra for a different room as the hotel did not have any other queen rooms available. The hotel parking lot had some very large potholes which was concerning.

...there were huge potholes in the parking lots. You REALLY need to address these, and not by filling them up. The lots need to be repaved and restriped...if you don't you're heading toward some litigation, I fear. Just a word to the wise.

The place was easy to get in and out of. bottom floor room was good for using her walker, and to get the dog out.

The floor was old and the edges were broken, catching the shoe could cause a tripping. Could have been better with more space to get around the bed.
